We have put this together to provide general information regarding "case law" and judicial precedence to enable your Prosecuting Attorney's time more well spent on things other than research. We encourage all Police Departments to contribute to this data base so law enforcement officials everywhere will be more able to prosecute criminals.

To be able to retrieve information from our files, an officer will have to e-mail, mail or fax a letter, on department letterhead, and attach a copy of the officer's department ID. Once this is received we will give you the appropriate password.
