Live from Auburn Hills, Michigan

Note: The Scott Norton vs. Booker T., IWGP Heavyweight Title Match did not take place, after it was advertised by WCW on weekend programming.

• Goldberg was shown walking into the arena. Also, the commentators noted that Hollywood Hogan did not show up for the pay-per-view. It was unusual, since Hogan was the one who always wanted a Heavyweight Title against Goldberg, and the 60-Man, 3-Ring Battle Royal was the perfect opportunity.

• Wrath defeated Glacier with the Meltdown.
-Wrath dominated Glacier. After he countered Glacier's new submission hold, he executed the Meltdown, to take the win.

• Stevie Ray (w/Vincent) defeated Konnan by Disqualification.
-After Stevie Ray used his slapjack on Konnan, Konnan snapped, and began to throw several hard punches to Ray. Konnan pushed the referee out of his way and was disqualified. Following the match, Booker T. came out to the aid of his brother. Booker T. told Ray that being an NWO member was the wrong decision, but Ray just ignored his brother.

• Ernest Miller and Sonny Onoo defeated Saturn and Kaz Hayashi with Miller's Roundhouse Kick.
-Sonny Onoo was billed as having three wins and zero losses. As Saturn attempted to get his hands on Onoo, Ernest Miller nailed him from behind with a Roundhouse Kick. Onoo then made the pin, for he and Miller to take the win. Onoo apparently became 4-0.

• Chris Jericho was interviewed at the Internet broadcast position. He discussed his upcoming Cruiserweight Title match with Bobby Duncum, Jr., which would take place later in the show.

• Kidman defeated Juventud Guerrera with the Shooting Star Press, to become the new Cruiserweight Champion.
-Before the match, LWO members made their ways out. Juventud Guerrera joined LWO, becoming the newest member. Rey Mysterio, Jr. wanted the Cruiserweight Title shot, but Eddie Guerrero wouldn't let him. Mysterio said he would do something about it. As the match went on, Juvi was getting many negative chants from the crowd. Juvi and Kidman wrestled another excellent and close match. Both superstars would not give up after they gave it their all. As Juvi was set to throw Kidman from the top-rope, Mysterio came down, and held onto Kidman's tights. Juvi fell to the mat, which let Kidman hit the Shooting Star Press, to become the Cruiserweight Champion. LWO members made their ways out. Guerrero was furious with Mysterio. Guerrero told Mysterio he was either in or out; Mysterio was out, as he ran away.

• Scott Steiner (w/Buff Bagwell) and Rick Steiner to a No-Contest.
-Rick Steiner was brutally attacked before the supposed match. The NWO referee was doing the officiating. As Scott Steiner continued to destroy his brother, Goldberg ran-in to make the save. Goldberg destroyed the NWO-Hollywood members.

• Scott Hall and Kevin Nash went to a No-Contest.
-Scott Hall made his way out, followed by Eric Bischoff. Bischoff said it was survey time, and instructed NWO-Hollywood members to attack Hall. As Hall was out-numbered, Kevin Nash made the save, and cleared the ring. Hall and Nash fought the NWO off together. The fans chanted, "Outsiders!" Hall showed the sign of The Wolfpac, but Nash ignored him and walked away.

• Chris Jericho (w/Ralphus) defeated Bobby Duncum, Jr. via Pinfall, to retain the Television Title.
-Bobby Duncum, Jr. was a very aggressive opponent for Chris Jericho. At one point, Duncum fought off the Lion Tamer. After Duncum got into a scuffle with Ralphus, Jericho used the Television Belt as a weaponto take the win.

• 3-Ring, 60-Man Battle Royal - Winner: Kevin Nash [Receives Heavyweight Title shot at Starrcade]
-Basically, the entire WCW roster was in the Battle Royal. ... Kevin Nash dominated ring three. He threw the majority of superstars out within a matter of minutes ... At one point, more than five wrestlers tried to throw out The Giant, but were unsuccessful. ... Twenty men were left, and all moved to the center ring. ... Bam Bam Bigelow made his way in, when there were ten men left. Security and Goldberg made their ways down to put Bigelow to a stop. Goldberg and Bigelow brawled around the area, and the battle royal went to a sudden, brief stop. ... It took another five men (but this time much larger) to eliminate The Giant. ... Kevin Nash, Lex Luger, and Scott Hall were the last three left. No matter what the alliances were, all three battled with each other. Nash eliminated both Hall and Luger. ... Nash would go onto December's Starrcade pay-per-view to take on Goldberg for the Heavyweight Title.

• Diamond Dallas Page defeated Bret Hart with the Diamond Cutter, to retain the United States Title.
-At one point during the match, Bret Hart attempted to use an illegal object, but the referee took it away. DDP had Hart in the Sharpshooter, but Hart was able to squeeze his way out of the submission hold. The referee was accidently knocked out. Hart got the illegal object from the referee's pocket, and used it on Page. Hart strapped Page in the Sharpshooter, with the NWO referee making his way in to supposedly give Hart the victory. Referee, Mickey Jay made his way in, and said he saw Hart use the illegal object. DDP quickly nailed Hart with the Diamond Cutter. Mickey Jay made the pin, and DDP retained the United States Title.
