Legion of Doom Title History--

The Road Warriors have won many titles and tournaments the ones below are the ones that I know about. They have won several titles and tournaments in small indies and in Japan which I don't have any details about. Also the Road Warriors won the 1987 Feud of the Year with the 4 Horsemen. I have also found out that Road Warrior Hawk never did win the single's title from Flair. He did beat him and he defended the title though it was never acknowledged because it was an unsactioned match.

LOD Strengths and Weaknesses--

Strengths--

  1. Strength and conditioning : Hawk and Animal engage in an intense daily training regimen; each can bench press 580 plus pounds.
  2. Killer instinct: They still posess the mentality of rulebreaker and won't show mercy when their opponents are at a disadvantage.
  3. Scientific ability: Constantly improving thier skills and possess a superb aerial attack.

Weaknesses--

  1. Inability to wrestle from behind: Rarely at a disadvantage, their ability to get out of trouble is sometimes in question.
  2. Demanding schedule: They wrestle almost nightly, and make frequent tours of Japan; this activity can wear them down.
  3. Approval factor: Cheers can soften a team's rough edge.

Legion Of Doom History--

Here's a little history of the Legion of Doom.

Legion of Doom (LOD) are now called The Road Warriors. LOD is currently a tag team, The Road Warriors, composed of Hawk and Animal, but it was once a gang.

LOD originated in Georgia in 1983 and was founded by "Precious" Paul Ellering. The original members were Jake "the Snake" Roberts, the Spoiler, King Kong Bundy, Buzz Sawyer, and the Road Warriors. In 1983 Arn Anderson was also apart of the Legion of Doom, but that was shortlived. By 1984 Paul Ellering mainly concentrated in the Road Warriors.

The Road Warriors were called the Legion of Doom when they debuted in the WWF so they wouldn't be known because of their NWA experience. That is how the Road Warriors became to be known as the Legion of Doom. Now people recognized Hawk and Animal as the Legion of Doom.

The signature move is the Doomsday Device. The Doomsday Device is where Animal picks up a man on his shoulder and Hawk jumps off the top rope and clotheslines the man. In my opinion the greatest tag team in the history of wrestling is the LEGION OF DOOM, THE ROAD WARRIORS.

Animal (Joseph Lauraintis) is 6'1 and around 285 pounds. Hawk (Michael Hegstrand) is 6'3 and 277 pounds.

Animal was born on January 26 and Hawk was born on September 12.

They run Warrior Distributing Corporation which is a company that distributes Zubaz Pants. Zubaz pants are the tights that wrestlers wear. The Road Warriors make each a cool $300, 000 a year.

Animal also played football in college, it was at Morehead State University and he played DefensiveTackle.
